BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - For the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board meeting on Thursday, Feb. 17, the room was packed with cafeteria workers and school bus drivers fighting to get their share of a one-time $2,000 bonus proposed for teachers and librarians.
