STAMFORD — Westhill High School parents received a telephoned apology Wednesday night for the fact that they learned about two students’ arrest on weapons charges through The Advocate, not the school. The recorded apology by Westhill Principal Camille Figluizzi went out on the district’s reverse-911 system, which is typically used to announce things like weather delays.
