FARGO — Karen Bertasso-Hughes was the first woman to cross the finish line at the Essentia Health Fargo Marathon on Saturday, finishing 10th overall and claiming the female division crown for her second-ever marathon win. The 37-year-old from Selkirk, New York, finished in 2 hours, 47 minutes, 6 seconds to pace all other women runners.
