CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) -Up to 40 local and federal law enforcement officers surrounded a south Carson City property Friday to arrest an escapee from an Oregon prison camp, the Carson City Sheriff’s Office said. Andrew Cain Kristovich, 38, was thought to have an assault rifle and would be willing to engage law enforcement, CCSO said.
