The newly rebranded voco Bonnington Dubai has appointed Bruno Guilloux as General Manager, bringing over thirty years of international experience in the hospitality industry. Bruno graduated with a degree in Hotel Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Paris, France in the 80s.
