TOLLAND/VERNON, CT — State police have released a report on Saturday morning's Interstate 84 tractor-trailer crash near the Vernon-Tolland line that left one of the trucks in two pieces. The crash took place at 5:53 a.m. and left the eastbound side of the highway closed between exits 67 and 68 until 11:42 a.m., state police and Tolland fire officials said.
