Chaperon, who first joined producer Moët & Chandon in 1999 becoming assistant winemaker in 2000, first began working with Geoffroy in 2005. He has taken part in 13 harvests and declared four vintages with Geoffroy, who between 1990 and 2009 declared no fewer than 15 vintages.
