Kailee Castillo, 18, Carlos Don, 21, and Luis Vento, 17, all of Brownsville, were arrested by deputies Saturday morning just after midnight on suspicion of unauthorized use of a vehicle and engaging in organized criminal activity. All three remained in custody Monday afternoon, according to jail officials.
