The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance is likely to get another ally as its talks with the Lok Insaaf Party (LIP) are in the final stage. The LIP was formed ahead of the 2017 elections by Simarjeet Singh Bains and Balwinder Singh Bains, both legislators from Ludhiana.
