Frances Agnes (Brasky) Oakes, 84, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at her residence in Fredericksburg, Va.
She leaves a huge hole in the hearts of her family and friends, who were always entertained by her colorful language and crooked middle finger. She truly brought the life to the party.
