The Democratic nomination for Travis County District Attorney will be decided in a runoff after incumbent Margaret Moore failed to secure a majority of votes following months of political attacks about her policies in the felony prosecutor’s office. Moore received 41% of the vote Tuesday, trailing José Garza with 44%.
