COURTLAND — In what turned out to be the longest game played in the Tomahawk East League this season, Teddy Giefer finally ended the 4-hour game by hitting a three-run home run over the right-center field fence in the bottom of the 17th inning, giving the Courtland Cubs a 7-6 win over the Lamberton Long Sox.
