Just 44 votes separate Dr. Mark Davis and incumbent Ken Stiverson in the race for a seat on the Marion County Board of Commissioners. The unofficial final tally from Tuesday's Republican Party primary election shows Davis with 2,722 votes (41.87%) to Stiverson's 2,678 votes (41.19%).
