Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has recalled how he once knelt before Trans Nzoia gubernatorial hopeful, George Natembeya when he was the Rift Valley Regional Commissioner. Speaking in Chebarus, Trans Nzoia County, the senator stated that he was in the company of other leaders from the region when they visited Natembeya seeking government intervention over bandit attacks in Kerio Valley.
