Some 4,300 Ukrainian refugees have found jobs in the Netherlands since April 1, figures from state jobs agency UWV have shown,
Ukrainian refugees are not required to have a work permit but employers who take on a refugee have a duty to register this with the UWV. In the week after April 1, when registration became compulsory, 550 people had found work.
