Carson Mayor Al Robles announced his candidacy Friday, Dec. 6, for a seat on the L.A. County Board of Supervisors to replace the termed-out Mark Ridley-Thomas. Robles said the “time was right” for someone not focused on the city of Los Angeles to represent the Second District.
