It was only 10 weeks ago when Kevin O’Connell and Kwesi Adofo-Mensah beamed next to each other, perched on a raised table at the 50-yard line of the Vikings’ practice facility. Owners Mark and Zygi Wilf sat in the front row, looking proudly at the duo they’d tapped to usher in a new era of Vikings football.
